SmartData is a search engine powered by search technology from USBid. It searches Electronic Component Manufacturers web sites, locating and gathering all relevant publications that are posted in the Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, which is the typical format of most electronic Data Sheets.

SmartData then reads each file it locates and indexes the individual words contained in these documents. You can specify part numbers or keywords as search criteria. After a search, SmartData displays links to documents on the original manufacturers' web sites that contain the part number or keywords you specified in the search criteria.
